Reusable isothermal bags of our company DHP are made from waterproof polyethylene and have been designed for transporting biological samples under controlled temperature conditions, whether chilled or frozen, and as an overpack for infectious samples UN3373 category B according to packaging instructions P650 of IATA, ADR, RID, IMDG regulations. They can be used together with the corresponding secondary packaging which are supplied optionally (e.g 95kPa diagnobags or biotainer plastic receptacles 95kPa of our company etc). Every reusable isothermal bag has two reinforced carrying handles, zipper for its closure with a ring to fit seal, an external compartment from transparent waterproof polyethylene for the shipping documents / biological labs documents etc and two extra internal transparent waterproof polyethylene compartments for the placement of cold sources such as rigid HDPE cold pack, eutectic cold pack (PCM), dry ice etc. Simplicity and robustness: • The reusable isothermal bags have been specifically manufactured to support intense transit conditions and the mechanical stresses incurred during transport and handling. • The reusable isothermal bags used provide a long useful life and enable easy cleaning and maintenance. • The reusable isothermal bags are lightweight and have up to 4 days' cold chain autonomy ensuring that the required temperature is maintained (5º C, -21º C, +15º C, +22º C).
