Our company DHP offers full range UN approved combination packaging for the shipping of wet - nonspillable lead acid and alkali batteries of hazard class 8. All the packages comply with the ADR, IMDG and IATA regulations. These batteries have commonly usages in vehiles, aircrafts, vessels, forklifts, electric wheel chairs, UPS and other applications. They contain highly corrosive acid or alkali and during the shipping procedure can cause fires from short circuits. With UN approved packaging systems of our company in which are included, absorbent materials, ESD bags and dividers, the terminals of batteries are protected against short circuits and electrostatic discharges and sometimes hazardous spillages.
